optimize scene

now that I have come back home and the house is undergoing renovation there many things that came to my notice.
the electronic waste; so many headphones, so many speakers and other stuff and there was more. my cupboard since I left home. And unnecessary wants!
i wish there was a option like optimize Scene like in Maya which regroups all similar things and removes all unwanted nodes.
